What If We Could Live in the IClouds?

ICloud

Oh, if only Steve Jobs had invented ICloud during my children’s younger years!

ICloud is a new product from Apple that will be introduced in the fall, 2011.  ICloud stores all of your digital content and pushes it, wirelessly, to all of your devices.  ICloud stores your written materials, photos, music, books, mail, calendars and any other special applications that you have chosen.  All of this information will be stored equally in your computer, your Ipad and your mobile phone.  In essence, your life is stored in a cloud and duplicated in your digital devices.

I love the idea of placing the kids, my husband and the dogs into a cloud and then download them when I was ready to cope.  I would no longer be late in picking them up and dinner would never be late.  I would ‘push them all’ down to the car or dinner table when I was ready.  All those times when I was stuck in a meeting at work would no longer be stressful because the world was waiting for me in the cloud.

My stepchildren would no longer have to move from house to house.  We could have dropped them from the cloud.  I would have been pushing them down from the clouds everyday because I hated when they were not with us.

The entire family would never disconnect because we would be syncing from the ICloud every 15 minutes.  We would know where we were supposed to be and whom we were supposed to be picking up.  We would magically appear, on time, to all recitals, concerts and sporting events.

Yes, Apple has a great system that will be coming out in the fall, 2011.  I look forward to being pushed from the clouds and being synced with my family and friends.  Thank you, Steve Jobs!
